@ImNagaraj_S @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio In my case, they did KYC for me and picked the wrong building because my building was not in their reach. So instead of adding my building in their data or whatever they use the term, they picked wrong building which is 4.8kms away. Now technician is saying it is not possible.
