@PlayVALORANT How about agent rewards bug? I already unlocked them but i just shows LOCKED and I can't use them. Yes i have completed the agents till Chapter 1, Tier 5. Both Reyna and Breach is locked in my account only. Please do fix this.

@PlayVALORANT @PlayVALORANT @riotgames Please work on Purchase Failed Bug and Unlocked Rewards bugs. My account has been bug since last month and there nothing been fix after Patch 1.11 and Patch 1.12. All rewards that I unlocked is unusable. All of the rewards in picture below is unusable.

@PlayVALORANT Im having issue with Purchase Bug and Rewards Bug. As for Purchase Bug, each time I tried to purchase Battlepass Act 3, it will just pop up Purchase Failed. While for Rewards Bug, m account could not UNLOCKED any kind of rewards including Characters Rewards.

@PlayVALORANT This is all the Earned Rewards that I supposed to get in my account but I couldn't use any of these rewards. Please do assist me to get all of these rewards as I would like to enjoy the game better. I hope that @PlayVALORANT @riotgames can do something about this ASAP.

@PlayVALORANT This issue has been happening since the Battlepass Act 3 was released. I have submitted a ticket and they asked me to wait for a fix in the next patch. Please do fix this because I couldn't upgrade my Skin Collection and use any unlocked Agents.
