@JensRitter_JR Lufthansa asked me to submit my banking info for a refund after destroying my baggage, only to now demand a police report 7 MONTHS later. I never claimed theft—my bag was delayed, arrived destroyed and opened, and items were missing. I’m tired. #Lufthansa
