@KhullainPaints He drinks about 150ml, reheated, twice a day.
I make a 2ltr batch out of one pot at least once a week:
Bones of 1 organic chicken, 3 tsp/bulbs of garlic, 1 org onion, 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt, 6 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (+"the Mother"), 2ltrs filtered water.
Highly recommend! 🥰

@KhullainPaints The most important thing is to use Apple Cider Vinegar "with the Mother". Other vinegars can be bad, and the mother has extra goodness in it. (Vinegar is needed to draw the nutrients out of the bones)
