See how much Ifo L.G received in the first 3 months of 2024 but there is no visible infrastructure development within Ifo L.G
How much is the overhead cost of running the L.G and what is being done with the money they received?

@Akute_info . Football Academy games taking place, at PlayBox Arena, opposite Providence Hotel, Akute. Interesting U-12 & U-14 games going on. The football academy, Ikeja on top in all the grades presently . @OgaNlaMedia I believe this is your zone?
Read these letters by Ogun State Labour Party to Senator Ibikunle Amosun after the 2019 elections. This is just one of the hundreds of things SIA did to sabotage him.
If you are Gómìnà @DapoAbiodunCON, will you grant him the senatorial ticket easily?
Ogun APC: Consensus Must Mean Inclusion.
Throughout my consultations ahead of the Ogun State governorship primaries under the All Progressives Congress (APC), I consistently advocated for consensus as a strategic pathway to reduce tension, prevent internal divisions, and position our party for electoral success in 2027.
I made it clear that I would abide by the outcome of any consensus arrangement, regardless of its direction and I have remained true to that commitment.
At the Ogun APC Caucus meeting held on April 13, 2026, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola was announced as the party’s consensus candidate. I immediately congratulated him and suspended all activities related to my gubernatorial aspiration, in line with my earlier pledge and my respect for party decisions.
However, it is important to reflect on aspects of the process that require improvement if we are to truly achieve the cohesion and inclusiveness that consensus is meant to promote.
On the day of the meeting, some of my supporters were denied entry and regrettably, two were physically assaulted by a party functionary. While I chose not to escalate the situation in the interest of party unity, the incident required medical attention for those affected. Such occurrences do not reflect the values of discipline, order and mutual respect that our party represents.
During the proceedings, acknowledgment was given to certain aspirants who stepped down, particularly from one zone. However, other candidates across the state, including myself and Mr. Tunde Lemo, who were present in the hall, were not acknowledged, despite our extensive consultations and the strong grassroots momentum we generated across Ogun State.
My campaign was built on direct engagement with party leaders, local government structures and ward members, an approach that energized our base across Ogun Central, Ogun East, and Ogun West. This momentum was further strengthened by the steadfast support of the Iyaniwura Foundation and thousands of loyal supporters across the state and beyond. Their commitment and belief in this vision contributed meaningfully to the party’s growing strength and deserved recognition as part of our collective efforts.
That said, my loyalty to the APC remains unwavering. I am not defecting and I will continue to support the success of our party, including the candidacy of Senator Adeola. I also reaffirm my support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his administration, which continues to deliver critical infrastructure and development to Ogun State.
Going forward, I respectfully urge our party leadership at all levels to embrace a more inclusive approach, one that acknowledges the contributions of all aspirants and carries everyone along. True unity is not achieved by consensus alone, but through recognition, respect and collective engagement.
As we prepare for the next phase of nominations and campaigning, my supporters and I remain ready to contribute meaningfully to the party’s success. Our experience, network and goodwill, particularly across Ogun Central and other parts of the state, remain valuable assets in strengthening our collective electoral prospects.
I leave us with two Yoruba reflections:
“Bi a ba dakẹ́, tiwa a dakẹ́” — If one remains silent, even their own may remain silent with them.
“Bí a bá fẹ́ gba nkan lọwọ ọmọ, a gbọdọ̀ fi nkan rọ́pò rẹ̀” — Even when taking something from a child one must offer something in return.
Let us move forward with fairness, inclusion, and shared purpose, so that every stakeholder feels valued in this journey toward victory.

According to UNICEF, 6 in 10 Nigerian children up to 18years old have gone through one type of abuse or another (especially sexual and physical)...
If there is a proper reporting channel that directly links to the guardian, then this rate is bound to reduce by 10% in 3yrs.
I designed a parent-children journal that gives me real time information on what is happening in their lives. A daily guide that gives them room to give me (and their mother) colour signals and important details about who/what made them sad & happy...
I swore never to leave my kids (if I ever had) alone after that day.
Several years afterwards, now with amazing kids in that age range...my peace is sometimes disturbed when they aren't within my reach. Countless thoughts going through my mind...until...
The screams reduced after I left.
A week later, one of the girls committed suicide, a girl who was barely 10...a month later, the other girl went missing...she was never seen till I left that area..almost immediately after, the weird looking fellow committed suicide too. Bizarre
I managed to stammer, "is everything okay?"...
"Yes, they are serving punishments", still with that mean looking face...
Apparently their parents had gone out to work.
I was still concerned, however I decided to leave reluctantly...a move I regret till this day.
Started like every normal day, until 6:42pm, I was almost at my door, from work. I heard screams, kinda like harrowing streaks from one of the girls, & the other was subtly crying. I got curious, I knocked, the weird looking man opened, all sweaty, my heart skipped several beats.
They struggled a bit, but they still survive with their 2 young daughters...both between 7 and 10years. They also had this weird looking male relative who never really smiled. It wasn't my business though...or so I thought. Until one strange demonic Monday evening...
A couple of years ago, I stayed somewhere in Akute, as a bachelor, a room selfcon, respectable environ, a bit of cash in the bank...at least enough to feed comfortably.
I worked at a telecoms, so it was always on staggered shifts. I had this great family as neighbors too...
Tell me, if you had a chance to somehow put an end to child abuse in Nigeria, would you give it a shot? Would you attempt to participate in it? Even if it is a little...?
Let me share this tiny bit of story with you...
Don't worry, I am not crashing out...yet.
I have a lot to say... More like a huge win I want to share for anyone who cares to listen.
This took a while, quite a number of months...infact, stretching back to about 3years.
Somehow, I believe this is going to change the outlook of abuse nationwide...and in time, worldwide.
@Eazzy_Ayo622121 Yeah exactly and I feel like a LG like Ifo that has 2 opposite ends should be broken into fractions to help for better development because how’s Akute and Agbado under Ifo local government very far away from the Ifo itself
