To be fair, mate, I’m actually a fan of you guys leaving. It will be a shock to your system, and quite frankly I’m sick of you guys complaining when you’re an actual drain on wider UK (England). For the official statistics, yeah, as listed here you don’t even qualify to join the European Union. You’d have to make massive economic cuts to do that. Would you adopt the euro as well good luck with that.

You’re the only nation in the whole of the UK that has free tuition fees for university and all these kinds of things. Are you going to factor that in? You just won’t have an army so you won’t have defence costs?

And do you understand that leaving the UK would mean a lot of English investment would cease to exist? Why would we build our massive contracts for our military nuclear stuff in Scotland if you’re not part of the UK?

I get being proud of your nation, as I’m a proud Englishman. But people like you clearly value pride over logic. Maybe you like having mass immigration, high taxes and all the things that even the English people are sick and tired of the UK Parliament pushing.
