It’s been a long anxious weekend. Still no vaccination for Frances & now there’s an outbreak of COVID in her care home. Staff are doing all they can to keep everyone safe but it’s the stuff of nightmares. She’s distressed & confused, my parents & I never more scared & sad for her

Please stop referring to the “NHS App”. It was developed by a private firm. The NHS tag was used to legitimise it. Now it has failed, the NHS tag will be used to shift blame from the private company responsible.
