I am sick and tired of back pain. In 2020 my back said it was done. I have tried everything. Shots, surgery twice, massages, physical therapy 3 times, simulators. Nothing works. The nerve pain is the worst. I toss and turn all night because my legs burn. Sometimes it feels like I'm being stuck with needles or that insects are crawling on me. If I could go back in time I would pass on the surgery. It made everything much worse. At 56 I feel like I have missed out on too much.
