That’s fantastic for the military because it’s defense and people’s actual lives are in jeopardy if you don’t follow that chain of command. But in real life that’s not how we succeed. That’s not how anyone succeeds.

The fact companies expect you to treat your job like the military is ridiculous. I don’t care about your title or authority. I don’t care if you’re new or tenured. You’re my peer and we’re going to collaborate on keeping this place running.

This might be out of line but IDC. The UK ban on XL Bullies has me aggressively angry. The fact that all unadopted XLs are going to be put down & anyone living in government housing will have their dogs kidnapped. Put down the damn politicians not the dogs. Every. Last. One.
