So... most sessions at the #MonacoConference2024 who address EDI, gender, female specifics or LGBTQIA+ are done by 100% women speakers.

In the meantime, while the IOC promotes EDI and gender equality: out of 6 keynote speakers, 5 are men, 1 is a woman.

Still some work to do!
