U.S. District Judge Paul Oetken also banned ICE from transferring him to any district outside of southern and eastern NY and NJ.
🚨 REMINDER: ICE arrested New Orleans Police recruit Larry Temah, an illegal alien from Cameroon with an ACTIVE deportation order and ZERO work authorization.
He was ONE WEEK from graduating the NOPD academy. They issued him a FIREARM.
A man ordered deported was about to get a badge and a gun.

San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie just told CNN’s Dana Bash the quiet part out loud. The city “lost its way” because it “got so entrapped in our Progressive values.”
His words: “there’s nothing progressive about 810 people dying of overdoses, there’s nothing progressive about 30,000 car break-ins, and there’s nothing progressive about small businesses having to shutter because they’re a victim of crime over and over again.”
It is about time they realize this.
Ideology does not keep a mother safe walking her child to the bus. Open-air drug markets, smashed car windows, and boarded-up storefronts are not compassion. They are the bill for years of excusing crime and letting people die on the sidewalk. Common sense was never the enemy of a decent city. It was the missing piece.
