Call for help.
My mum was hit with a stroke in may 2024.
Since then our lives haven't remained the same. My family have spent all our savings yet her condition hasn't changed.
She has severe BP challenge, she has diabetes. Which has gone on to take a toll on her kidneys.
It's not like we have found enough or are tired of asking for help, we are just trying to rally round and get finances for her treatment too from our end, even though we have sincerely tried, we don't want to lose her like we lost her sister two weeks ago 🥺
Day before yesterday she sat up, ate and even talked to us and we were happy, maybe we are seeing the results and she's getting better, only for yesterday blood sugar was seriously low and she was not having anything just answering her name 🥺I was just angry at the situation 😩 because we are all trying here and we don't deserve this😞
As at this morning, the money in the account dedicated to her health is 3,000 and we have tons of tests to do
For everyone that has dropped even if it's 200, may Almighty God not leave you to yourself even in the blink of an eye, but you can still help me repost this and please keep her and us in your prayers may Almighty God not use our health as a test for us🤲
Always check your blood pressure!
Hello everyone
This is is a cry for help!!
I’m making this tweet because iv got to my limit and im exhausted. Last year October I found out I had gastritis and that was the beginning of my pains. Since then Ive been doing test but this year it got worse…
Just because humans can take it doesn't mean you should give it to animals.
1. Moderate amounts of kola nuts and coffee (caffeine/theobromine) will not harm a human but can kill a dog (or cause severe seizures and heart issues even in small amounts).
2. A tablet of paracetamol (acetaminophen/Tylenol) will not harm a human but can kill a cat. Cats lack the enzymes to break it down, leading to liver failure or red blood cell damage.
3. A tablet of diclofenac will not kill a human but can kill a vulture (causes rapid kidney failure). This drug wiped out millions of vultures in India when used in livestock carcasses.
4. Chocolate (especially dark or baking chocolate) is safe for humans in moderation but toxic to dogs, cats, and ferrets. Theobromine builds up in their system and can cause vomiting, seizures, heart failure, or death.
5. Grapes or raisins (even a few) are fine for humans but can cause sudden, irreversible kidney failure in dogs.
6. Onions or garlic (raw, cooked, or in powder form) won’t significantly harm humans but destroy red blood cells in dogs and cats, causing anemia.
7. Xylitol (common in sugar-free gum, candy, toothpaste, and baked goods) is harmless to humans but causes dangerous drops in blood sugar and liver failure in dogs.
8. Avocado (fruit, leaves, pit, skin) is nutritious for humans but contains persin, which is highly toxic to birds, rabbits, horses, and some other animals — can lead to heart damage or death.
9. Alcohol (in drinks or foods) is tolerable for adult humans but can severely depress the nervous system and kill dogs and cats in small amounts.
10. Ibuprofen or other NSAIDs (like naproxen) are standard painkillers for humans but even one tablet can cause stomach ulcers, bleeding, and kidney failure in dogs, cats, or birds.
11. Macadamia nuts are safe for humans but can cause weakness, tremors, vomiting, and high body temperature in dogs.
12. Lilies (any part of the plant) are beautiful and harmless to humans but extremely toxic to cats — even licking pollen or drinking vase water can cause fatal kidney failure.
13. Raw yeast dough can rise in a dog’s stomach, causing painful bloating and gas that turns into alcohol poisoning.
14. Hops (used in beer brewing) are safe for humans but highly toxic to dogs and can cause malignant hyperthermia (dangerously high body temperature) and death.
15. Antifreeze (ethylene glycol) tastes sweet and is sometimes ingested by curious animals. Humans can handle small accidental exposure with prompt treatment, but it causes rapid kidney failure and death in dogs and cats.
16. If you’ve come this far, retweet so more people can learn and protect the animals around them.

Today I could not go to the hospital but I called earlier this evening and I was told she was rushed into resuscitation room because she was not breathing well and she has been placed on oxygen, I really didn't see that coming, initially we thought dialysis will be every 3 days but now it's everyday 😞I was hoping with the dialysis yesterday she would even get better but everything seems to take a turn for the worst 🥺
Thank you all so much for the reposts, even though the algorithm is not pushing it well I am still more than grateful 🤲

I don't even know how this Eid is going to go, I don't know if anyone is in my family is going to celebrate, I don't even have a dress to wear, because everyone is pulling funds together and taking to UCH for treatment for my aunt's sickness, as at yesterday she has been diagnosed with kidney disease, partial stroke and High blood pressure
My mom rotates between her work place and accident and emergency in UCH because of her sister, after loosing another one of her sisters Iast week, I don run errands tire together with cooking, going to classes and trying to show up for my brand too, I even told my brother not to come for the festivities because there's nothing to celebrate here.
This year has been a rollercoaster of happenings that test our faith in the family, I am typing this after a long day of running around in the hospital and donating blood.
