There's no scientific evidence that the quality of semen significantly or determines a pregnant woman appearance; if you've one then show us.

A pregnant woman appearance is determine by her own hormones (progesterone, estrogen, hCG, )etc, Nutrition, Her health (anemia or preeclampsia), Metabolic changes or other pregnancy related conditions; Sleep and stress, genetics, increased blood level
or she may be a ugly woman then the pregnancy reveals her exact physical appearance.
