If people ask themselves why mainstream gaming is shit these days, one of the reasons is because the industry is completely dominated by people like her. It's a fundamentally different beast than the industry in the 90s and early 2000s was, structurally different and ran by people with a different type of personality.

People who have never played a game in their life and only know how to spout empty marketing phrases like here (also I mean, let's be honest, a chatbot wrote this, ok) are at the head, professional bullshitters. Compare this to how it used to be when mostly nerdy white guys (and some Asians) were running the show, devs with a vision, a passion for games, striving for perfection.

This is not the industry of people like John Carmack or Sid Meier anymore. It's wearing the skinsuit of what gaming once was. Personally, I think it all can go down in flames.
