She takes carry-ons you didn’t volunteer to check and she doesn’t tag them.
She makes you lose sleep for 7 days and counting. What an adventure.

You can’t pay for tapas if the flight attendant takes your bag with a purse in it from you though! And remember you had a purse and valuables in your carry-on because it was to be placed in the overhead bin and not separated from you :)

A flight attendant will probably take your carry-on from you and lose it when you didn’t volunteer to check the carry-on. As a result she’ll lose family heirlooms and thousands of dollars in items.

@WestJet haul the flight attendant from WS 3463 departing Ottawa heading to Toronto at 11:30am on Wednesday, May 25th into a room and ask what she did with the bag. Maybe she’s enjoying her new Ken Scott Gucci bag 🤨🤷🏻‍♀️

Day 5 and still no help from @WestJet.
Their flight attendant took my carry-on when I didn’t volunteer to check it and she didn’t tag the bag so nobody will help me track it down.
How many carry-ons are floating around the airport with the lengthy list of items in it I gave you

@WestJet I’ve been told since Thursday my case has been escalated to management and someone will call me within 24 hours. It’s Sunday 5pm. What are you waiting for?

@WestJet everyone I speak to says “my hands are tied, nothing I can do without a bag tag.” Why has nobody taken this up with the flight attendant who didn’t tag the bag? Why aren’t you looking for the bag in Ottawa or Toronto?

@AHoensbroech valuable jewelry belonging to loved ones who have died are in a carry-on not checked baggage for a reason. Is anyone at @WestJet ever going to track down this bag and get these items to me?

@AHoensbroech is this how your @WestJet employees always treat their customers? Who’s going to give me the $5000 worth of items you lost if you can’t find this bag? Why was it taken from me when there was space in the overhead bin?
