@AmericanAir Appreciate, but an apology doesn’t fix the fact that I’m out a night’s stay at a resort + have to pay for hotel tonight. More of an effort should’ve been made at the airport to try to get us on another flight instead of pushing to rebook based on fear we wouldn’t make it at all.

@AmericanAir We were on the 535 am flight from BHM to CLT for an 11am flight to PLS. Which we missed because we received a notice that the flight was delayed by an hour. I don’t understand why information is shared with customers if customers aren’t expected to rely on that information.
