In case you missed it, Alabama Senate's Tourism and Marketing committee voted for Arthur Orr's bill to privatize retail sales. The bill would close ABC Retail stores in 5 years. It passed on a voice vote and moves on to the Senate floor. #alpolitics

It's unfortunate to see Alabama's brewers again trying to force out Alabama's small businesses by sabotaging the Delivery Bill. Their products will still be sold by Alabama businesses under the current version of the bill. #alpolitics
