Graham Hancock reveals one of the most shocking mysteries in ancient cartography. Antarctica was mapped centuries before it was officially discovered.
HANCOCK: “There are ancient maps that show the world as it looked during the ice age, again dismissed as just total coincidence and not significant by archaeology.”
“This is the Oronteus Finaeus map. It shows Antarctica right there.”
“This map was drawn in 1531. The problem is that our civilization didn’t discover Antarctica until 1820.”
“Particularly when we know that the map was based on older source maps. And the map maker tells us in his own legend that he has uncovered material previously hidden in darkness.”
“So finding good longitudes on very ancient maps is another puzzle that I don’t think archaeology has solved.”
@MrPitbull07 We found many bottles of unopened liquor, wine, musket shots, cannon shots, and misc other war samples. I worked down on McIntosh Rd. in Savanah, Ga. for a few years. So much war history there especially at Ft. Palaski and the coastal areas within 50 miles from Savanah.
