I am hoping someone at @Amazon / KDP can help me with an account issue that I have been trying to resolve for the past two weeks.
I recently self-published my novel, Fishing in the Dead Sea, through Amazon KDP.
or other sensitive documents publicly. I am ready to provide all of these securely to an authorized Amazon or KDP representative. For an independent author, losing access to a KDP account is not simply losing access to an online shopping account.
I am simply asking for a manual review by a person who can examine the evidence and understand the name discrepancy across my Syrian and Turkish documents. I have already tried the standard process several times without success,
