@cluosion@BenHanan_@RT_com You left out 2 of the reasons why theats of violance are outside the first amendment, "protecting individuals from the fear of violence, from the disruption that fear engenders...". They are important in this context
🇺🇸 PRESIDENT TRUMP:
“Unfortunately, in recent years the U.S. government sold tens of thousands of Bitcoin that would now be worth billions.”
“From this day forward, America will follow the rule every Bitcoiner knows…”
“NEVER SELL YOUR BITCOIN.”
We are living through fascinating times.
On one hand, there is optimism everywhere. Entrepreneurs are pushing the limits for what is possible with technology. There are significant leaps happening in artificial intelligence, bitcoin, drones, genetics, medicine, robots, rockets, self-driving cars, and much more.
On the other hand, there is pessimism everywhere. Various governments are increasing their surveillance of citizens and degrading basic human rights. Free speech is under attack in multiple countries, politics has become a competition of elementary insults, birth rates are declining, home affordability is horrendous, and the wealth inequality gap continues to widen.
This is an important moment in history. Optimism must prevail. Hope is an essential ingredient for humans to be motivated to improve the world around them.
The interesting thing about hope and optimism is that it is simultaneously an individual and group endeavor.
You control your outlook on the future. The more optimism you hold, the higher likelihood your actions will lead to meaningful change.
But optimism is contagious. It spreads like wildfire through a team, a community, and society. People are inspired by the dreamers and innovators among us.
The future can be brighter than the past. It just requires intelligent, hard-working people to have the courage to act.
There is no better time to start than now.
