The government should give local housing association money to buy up daily auction/ empty property, refurbish, let out. Each property bought cheap as they are, then H/A. tradesmen get property refurbished, let out at H/A affordable rent/ adds property value

@GMB It won't be costing me that huge hike in price, I shop carefully and at Aldi, they will always be more reasonably priced, also when offers and reductions are there, then obviously that keeps the cost down.
