๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ.
When I was in college, this was probably the most common word I saw in my inbox.
I spent hours searching for jobs, filling out the same application forms, uploading the same resume again and again, and then waiting.
Sometimes I got ghosted.
Sometimes I received an email.
And most of the time, it started with one word:
"Unfortunately"
That's when I realized the biggest problem wasn't rejection, it was the amount of time I was spending just applying.
Instead of preparing for interviews, learning new skills, or building projects, I was stuck repeating the same application process on every job portal.
That's one of the biggest reasons I built Fillix.
๐ ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฑ automates the repetitive part of job hunting, helps tailor your resume with AI for every role, and lets you apply faster, so you can spend more time improving your skills and preparing for the interviews that truly matter.

Most people would leave Canva and find something easier.
That's exactly how many students feel when building their first resume.
Thousands of students visit ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐๐๐ because it offers excellent resume templates. Then reality hits. They spend hours comparing templates, downloading files, converting PDFs to Word, fixing broken formatting, or even trying to understand LaTeX just to change a few lines. Before they know it, half the day is gone, and they still haven't started applying for jobs.
There is nothing wrong with Overleaf. It does exactly what it was built to do.
But it's ๐๐๐๐.
Students shouldn't have to learn LaTeX or fight with formatting just to build a one-page resume.
That's why we built Fillix.
Instead of starting with code, you start with your profession. Software Engineer, Data Scientist, UI/UX Designer, Marketing, Finance, and many more. Then you choose a layout designed for that role, and every section is instantly editable. You can move sections, delete sections, reorder your resume, and customize everything in just a few clicks.
Creating a resume should take ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ฌ, not an entire day.
Because your time is better spent preparing for interviews than learning how to edit a template.
If you had just ๐ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ฌ to build your resume, what feature would you expect from a modern resume builder?

You'd probably uninstall the app within a day.
But somehow, we've accepted the same experience while applying for jobs. Every company asks for the same resume, the same education, the same skills, and the same personal details over and over again. We spend more time filling out forms than actually preparing for interviews.
That frustration is exactly why I built Fillix. Before asking anyone else to trust it, I became my own customer. The screenshot is from my own account, where I submitted 1,599 job applications using Fillix and received 400+ responses. If I don't believe in the product enough to use it myself, I can't expect students to believe in it either.
Technology should eliminate repetitive work, not create more of it. Job hunting is already difficult, applying shouldn't be.
If you're looking for internships or full-time jobs, give Fillix a try. It's free to use. We also have a WhatsApp community where we share daily job openings, internships, placement resources, resume tips, and interview updates.

@rain8miao Well said. I realized that after talking to the team today. Founder energy comes and goes, but team momentum is what really moves the company forward.
Day 45/60 building in public
Some days you measure progress by revenue.
Some days you measure it by people.
Today feels like one of those days.
Our team is growing.
More students are joining the mission.
We're also in talks with multiple colleges for collaborations.
A few months ago, Fillix was just an idea.
Today, it's slowly becoming a community of people who believe finding internships and jobs shouldn't be this difficult.
There's still a long way to go.
But seeing people trust our vision makes every late night worth it.
One step at a time.

@SarafDevarsh I apologized today. Their response was, We know where it came from. Now let's speak through the results. I'm grateful to have a team that values honesty over ego.
Day 44/60 building in public
Today wasn't a good day.
Not because Fillix isn't growing.
Not because the product isn't working.
Actually, things are going well.
I'm worried because yesterday I raised my voice at my team.
The work wasn't going as planned, and I got frustrated.
But after thinking about it, I realized something.
Everyone is giving their best.
We're a small team, learning together.
As a founder, it's my job to solve problems, not become one.
Tomorrow, I want to reconnect with my team.
Because startups aren't just built with code.
They're built with people.

Day 43/60 building in public
Today I'm genuinely happy.
It's been just one month since we launched Fillix, and 9 people have already trusted us enough to become paid users.
Most of them are from Delhi NCR and Bengaluru, and seeing people actually use something we built feels unreal.
This also reminded me why I started Fillix.
Back in 2021, I joined https://t.co/1yod1a3J7p in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science.
Every year I scored above a 9 CGPA.
People thought I was doing great.
But the truth was, I wasn't confident.
Whenever my friends talked about internships, I stayed quiet.
I didn't know where to apply.
And even if I found an internship, I always thought,
"What if they ask something I don't know?"
So I never applied.
Not because I lacked skills.
Because I lacked confidence.
By my 7th semester, almost everyone had internships.
Most of my classmates stopped coming to college because they were on internships.
I was still sitting in classrooms.
As one of the toppers in my batch, that feeling hurt.
Finally, I forced myself to apply.
When I sat in my first interview, I realized something.
The questions weren't impossible.
Most of them were things I already knew.
The biggest barrier wasn't my skills.
It was the fear I had created in my own mind.
Later, during placements, I made another mistake.
I prepared a lot.
But I rarely applied off-campus because every LinkedIn job already had thousands of applicants.
That's when the idea of Fillix came.
I wanted to remove the most frustrating part of job hunting.
Today, seeing students trust Fillix and become paid users makes me feel we're solving a real problem.
If you're a student reading this, don't wait until you feel "ready."
Keep improving your skills.
But keep applying too.
Don't reject yourself before a recruiter gets the chance.
If Fillix can save you hours of repetitive job applications, give it a try.

Day 42/60 building in public
200+ users. ๐
I turned down offers from Adobe & American Express to build Fillix.
The goal was simple:
Help students get internships and jobs faster.
Seeing people trust it makes the risk worth it.
