@Shopify your security is literally awful. Someone hacked my entire store and took customer accounts and they did nothing about it besides lock me out of my own business. No help with why a random bank account is attached. Just ignoring the business owner

@Shopify is completely negligent. They ruin businesses more than help them. To lock out (without any warning or questions asked) and to NOT RESPOND OVER 24 HOURS TAKING AWAY SOMEONE'S ENTIRE BUSINESS IS DISGUSTING. I have emailed over 10+ times.

@Shopify is the worst platform in the world. They locked me (the account owner) out of my 10+ stores for over 24 hours. I run a $10M+ business on Shopify and they have neglected to respond for over 24 hours now. I responded within a minute with my ID verification and NOTHING!
