@ChandraPasma Recognizing the equal importance of these contributions that enable student successes, then perhaps funding will be adjusted to reflect each support department’s contribution to the education system. Until that happens recognition or funding will never align with operational cost

@ChandraPasma Chandra, the Provincial Minister of Education also needs to recognize student transportation providers along with Admin and all education support staff..office ,Custodians, EA’s etc as equally critical parties as are teachers in every student’s successes, not just contract items
