Liz Lloyd seems to have gone under the radar. She was named by David Davis as the person who leaked the outcome of the complaints process to the Daily Record, a criminal offence (& a contempt of court). I think the date was 23 Jul 2021. Earlier that day, Salmond getting wind that the result was to be announced, took out a sist (injunction) to prevent it. The leak was aimed at frustrating the sist.

My notes say Sturgeon became distinctly uncomfortable when asked during the parliamentary enquiry why the leak was not reported to the police. It would be great if someone could turn up a clip of that.
