"What level would I want to buy long term"

Well this is a tough one. I'd have loved to buy this $5.50 breakout had I seen it. Maintain above that level and it can continue running.

If this is a bottom then I could technically buy anywhere just knowing what my risk is and adjusting my position size based on that.

Locally looks like it's set for upside continuation. Zoomed out on higher time frames it has some local resistance to clear but overall a promising chart with high volume coming in and in a bullish sector.
