Who on earth gets away with saying a problem is fixed with out verifying that itโs fixed?
- NBN
You are the worst and I canโt complain to a sole!!!! ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ
Fantastic business model you have @NBN_Australia. Technicians are not contactable by consumers but by the ISP. When your staff are INCOMPETENT they have zero lash back. Bravo ๐ this is absolutely the WORST SERVICE ON EARTH ๐คฌ
Day 2. Technician booked for the morning slot again.
Apparently they arrived, didnโt knock on the door and โfixedโ the issue.
I still have no internet coming to my property.
I was only swapping NBN providers on a HFC connection.
@Luke_OBrien@lennysan Thanks for the mention @Luke_OBrien
Chat, collaborate and innovate with Yand. Weโre going places with customer feedback so hop on board if you want to help shape a task management app focussed on simplicity and collaboration ๐
Interesting, everyone selling that they are LinkedIn growth hackers, or LinkedIn marketing experts are capturing my attention on Facebook.
There is no doubt that LinkedIn is a great medium for business but LinkedIn experts appear to gain a better ROI on Facebook ๐ค
Yesterday, I created a video to spread the word about https://t.co/x92zXBgA4q but my co-founders told me it sucked!
Feedback:
* Trying too hard
* Intro style didn't work
* Something was weird in the delivery
Have yr team got yr back? Or are you surrounded by yes ppl? #startup
Just like that, https://t.co/LYxJitWQEG became a thing ๐
From humble beginnings we're focussing on organic reach (especially since Yand is free). If anyone feels like helping a #startup make some noise on launch day, please help spread the news.
Chapter one of Yand is here ๐
My first Medium article and really nothing but the back story to https://t.co/LYxJitWQEG which we launch today ๐ค

No truer statement has ever been said. Building products follow a fluid cycle, ideas mature, technology progresses and people change. Produce requirements just in time to save wasting time โ๏ธ
Todayโs hack; if you donโt have someone to build HTML email templates for your user setup, account setup, forgot password etc emails, create them in Mailchimp, export the HTML and pass it on you your engineer ๐จโ๐ป
It seems is forgotten how much sleep you lose when you have a newborn baby!
Weโre getting the Yand company launch back on track. Todayโs goals; update on boarding collateral and get the site ready for launch ๐
