Walk-Thru Day…What separates the average coach from the great?
1) It’s intense
2) Stances are perfect
3) Attention to detail is exceptional
4) First group goes and second group repeats immediately from 20 yards behind
5) GameDay communication is used
6) Substitution is perfected
7) Assistant coaches are dialed in
8) Situations are rehearsed
9) Mental reminders required to win are planted throughout
10) Body language is coached

Finally…When it’s over…Fun is practiced for 10 minutes…Find a way to bring laughter, camaraderie, and meaning in a brief well executed “party, speech from a guest, skit” etc

Average and bad coaches have a walk-thru full of “grab-ass” players and assistant coaches…

Every day you either get better or get worse….Walk-thru is another opportunity to get better
