@christianbute @DuckDuckGo Agreed for the most part about Anthropic. But, as someone else said Llama is "open source" (not really) but it can be run anywhere and not report anything back to Meta. I run it on my own server fully disconnected from Meta. It and Mistral are the best 2.

LLMs / diffusion models are very good at generating content that has a large possibility space / multiple "right" answers, but can't generate output that has 1 "right" answer.
