I think that the final part will see the return of the Daleks and possibly David Tennant. RTD recently posted on Instagram about the 3rd part of the Trinity 160 years away which takes us to 2185 - 20 years after the DIOE tying in Susan to mark Nu Who anniversary. #DoctorWho

@TheCyberdevil In terms of story arc, I don't think they've done enough with Mrs Flood to build the mystery or even care, after The Church she's made very few fleeting appearances adding nothing, to then be left looking after Ruby's Gran with dialogue suggesting she might be bad.
