This is probably something that should be addressed. You might want to prevent FSD or the car from updating the destination within a few hundred feet of a turn.@aelluswamy Navigation is still and issue as well. If we could choose where our driveway is it might help. #FSDv14.3.2
@TeslaAiGirl 1) Yes, specifically so my car doesn't choose one for ME.
2)it will come in time I'm sure, but for now there are more pressing issues.
3)Haha choose Dutch Bros.
They are so close
@wholemars I'd just be happy with intelligent navigation and pulling over from the passing lane instead of camping. Additionally if @grok had access to "home" and "work" locations it might actually be able to handle "add stop to x gas station closest to and on the way to work.
@D4nciingQueen Not sure why this just popped up. @DailyMail does this type of reporting still pass your standards?
As somebody who works in industrial factories, I can tell you 90% of the population wouldn't even know where to start asking questions here.
This is lazy journalism.
@ChuckCook Yeah mine regularly takes the long way and tries to use my alley as a road. Sure would be nice to be able to set a parking location (front/back) for alley driveways vs front driveways. Either way I would love if my car took the most reasonable and efficient path.
It clicked for me... @Tesla hasn't rolled out the Android @robotaxi app because it would be splitting resources. Developing on 2 fronts during feature build out would not be efficient. Hopefully I can get a ride in Dallas tonight. I wouldn't be surprised to see it rolled into the main app eventually.
@wholemars Is this not a liability to the company?
Is it not reasonable to expect what you paid for? When do you think the software was feature complete? Should early customers have to hold their car well past the average life of a car to use a feature paid for?
@grok thoughts legally?
@mwpiz28@wholemars Don't worry, they just have to hold on to hw3 for 20 years and then they can have the diluted version...
This is a huge liability that the company should be concerned with. The Vaporware comment were funny 8 years ago, now...
@farzyness@farzyness ironic considering SoCal drivers continue through a protected left until they FEEL it has been long enough. 1 driver or 8, who knows...
@grok any chance @xai will sell you to companies as an operator to replace phone menus? 40 layer phone menus have destroyed customer service experience. Why don't companies care about their customers?
