@AHS_Warranty i now have no faucet, a ruined cabinet and carpet, clogged toilet and $125 less money for the deductible, and of course the $700 annual premium. If you’re considering AHS, don’t. Poor contractors and horrible customer service.

@AHS_Warranty Now, my cabinet is ruined from the flooding. I have been attempting contact with AHS to get a real plumber to reinstall the faucet and properly clean out the toilet drain. After three days of messaging and staying on hold for 1/2 hour, still no contact.

@AHS_Warranty but we had to leave. When we returned after the weekend m the entire bathroom was flooded. The plumber improperly installed the new faucet and didn’t text before he left.

@AHS_Warranty One week later plumber returns, toilet is clogged again as it does on most days. Instead of professionally cleaning the pipes with equipment, he again uses my toilet brush. Obviously, the problem has not been fixed. He installs the faucet,

@AHS_Warranty Horrible customer service, and extremely poor service people. Reported a faucet that wasn’t Running water and a clogged toilet. AHS sends a plumber that unclogged the toilet with my toilet brush. He then says I need a new faucet, but AHS needs to approve.

@Grubhub once again...grubhub wins and I lose my money for the incomplete order, tip, delivery charge and service charge.
With all these horrible reviews why are they still in business?

@Grubhub Once again, order was delivered, I asked the driver if I had everything and he said yes. He didn’t stay long enough to check. Sure enough part of my order was missing, and so was he.
