@ScottPresler Trying to follow the process as much as possible, it seems complicated. As far as I can tell everything is good so far, but the important pieces have not happened yet
@LeadingReport What are the rules on setting these things? Odd boundaries is one thing I understand both side of the argument on, but I would imagine they would have to be roughly equal in population at least
@ChiefEngineerCE@ScottPresler@TriumphUSA2025 For those responses saying this will be too late, just finding a good candidate who commits to running will add pressure for him to take action to defend his seat. Who would vote for him right now? But if he makes a few popular decisions in the next year, voters quickly forget
@RNCResearch@StephenM I think most of the moderates have already switched sides, what’s left is a smaller number of extremists propped up by voter fraud
@ScottAdamsSays Best way to decrease interest payments would be to decrease the amount of debt interest is being paid on. It’s still seems really odd to me that that’s not a priority
@BillAckman Sounds like a terrible idea. Poor kids will take their $2000 or so out as soon as they turn 18 cause they need it. Rich kids get a major lifelong tax break. I can see this being good with major revisions, but this one is terrible
@RonPaul I agree with the US getting out, but this logic is flawed. Ukraine may be losing, but the US is not. If the US proxy can stand toe to toe with Russia, then that gives the US more leverage rather than less
@PasReport I disagree with #1. It will do nothing to shrink the size of the government, but it will make it appear smaller since it’s more spread out, and this may give them an opportunity to grow further in size.
