So @ jury duty downtown, masks are required, the lady 3 seats over starts coughing her lungs out like crazy without her mask on or even covering her mouth…

@lumentechco Possibly the worst ISP ever... After "working" with their support I decided to just route traffic out my other internet connection to resolve the issue... DONT USE LUMEN for your 0.0.0.0 route.. unless you want issues
@ATTBusinessCare everyone else was working from home and doing a good job at it... Are you not the largest Service Provider in NA... how are you doing this bad of job?
@ATTBusinessCare Unsure why AT&T is the only service provider I can't get any support from during this time... I just need to forward phones. I got through all my other service providers while during the first half of my hold time on this call. Do you have call centers staffed?
@Dropbox ... 3 device limit... bye Dropbox, not going to pay monthly to keep my KeePass database in sync across all my devices. Already being asked by my referrals what they should replace Dropbox with.
@Talk2Windstream Just trying another method to get RMA kits shipped to the correct location. Customer support and account rep have been no help so far. (Account Rep is completely useless - requests were made for a new rep but nothing). Phone, email, now twitter...
@sprintcare Not sure how to get support... I manage telecom across my companies 25 sites and ONLY Sprint customers have issues with DTMF and Call Trees. They can play the DTMF sound from another source over the audio of the call and that will work.
@Windstream How can I get a new account rep? I was investigating the options we have in regard to telecom - gave her a month - needed numbers on what a new 2/3 year contract would look like. She never got me the numbers so i had to go off of out of contract prices for our C's
