BOBI, THE WORLD'S OLDEST DOG โฅ๏ธ๐พ
Bobi, the legendary Rafeiro do Alentejo from Portugal, has passed away at the remarkable age of 31 years and 165 days.
Born in 1992, Bobi lived a life that defied the odds of his breed's typical 12-14 year life expectancy, eventually earning him the title of the oldest dog ever verified by Guinness World Records.
His owner, Leonel Costa, attributed Bobi's incredible longevity to a calm, peaceful environment far from the city, a diet of unseasoned human food, and a life spent roaming free without ever being leashed.
Bobi spent his final days surrounded by family and his feline companions, leaving behind a legacy that has touched animal lovers across the globe.
Amateur UK photographer Nima Sarikhani has won the Peopleโs Choice Award at the Wildlife Photographer of the Year, run by the Natural History Museum.
His image Ice Bed, showing a sleeping polar bear in Svalbard, was chosen from 25 finalists out of nearly 50,000 entries worldwide.
@druidDUDE Sorry for your loss Kevin. I lost my best boy Willy in January and was very unexpected! I still cry for him every single day! Hardest loss of my life! I know what you are going through. Just remember, Sophie has wings now, and visits you always! โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
