@Delta wow, y’all have changed our flights twice to meet your needs. Tried using the app and the message said had to call the 1-800 #. I am trying to modify my flights and have a 31 hour wait on the phone. Seriously?

@Delta, 4 hours later no response. Spent 3.5 hrs waiting on phone & chat. Helped w/1 flight. Was told I could make changes myself in app for the other flight. Turns out they were wrong. It will not let me modify. Anyway to get some help w.o. Holding for another 3+ hrs? 🙏🏽
