@Ladbrokes I received an email in regards to my account being hacked and wiped. It instructs me to create a new email, send photographs of my driving licence/passport to [email protected], is this email to be followed? Or is this a scam email? Will my money be reinstated?

Been on hold for over an hour with @ElecIrelandNI to simply find out where the £600 that we were promised by the Government is, absolutely abysmal customer service.

@ElecIrelandNI DMd you,Ive also been on hold all morning with your customer service just to be cut off before anyone even answers the call.

My meter is now in the red showing minus figures and Ive no way to top-up.Totally unacceptable service, this is not a great impression for a new customer.

Changed to @ElecIrelandNI but have no account no. or card to top-up,was promised £20 to keep me going until the card arrives,I'm now out of electricity with no way of topping up because the £20 clearly wasn't put into my meter.Quick enough to ring me,not so quick to take my call

@PlayStation I can't download the monthly game on PS5 (Tennis World Tour 2). When I select the game to download it then tells me "Can't find what you're looking for." Error code - WS118720-9 how can this be sorted?

Order 'personalised size 6 football boots' from @JDSports for my son's birthday this weekend.

What arrives in a 'size 9' box were 'size 8' (not personalised) boots, so I re-order the exact same order and receive the exact same wrong pair of un-personalised boots again!
