@GarethECoates @AvantiWestCoast Changed at Preston. That was then 10 minutes late to leave - then had to change at Crewe and get on another service, which was due into Euston at 22:33. Train then broke down at Tring for about 30 minutes. They had 2 services to run from Glasgow that day, both utterly broken.

@AvantiWestCoast And what else though? I've literally spent my entire day in a station for 1 train and then at that I have to get off again and get home even later? You were running 2 guaranteed services today and the 1st has already been disrupted. It's not on.

Honestly I want compensation for anything I've spent today, I've been in a train station for 3-4 hours waiting on ONE TRAIN and it apparently won't even go direct to London. What do you have to say @AvantiWestCoast ????

"Get on the 16:40 train to Euston" which now apparently terminates at Crewe, then I have to change again, never mind having to wait 4 hours at Glasgow Central, to get home probably near 11pm. Is this a joke guys? @AvantiWestCoast
