It does raise great concerns if you decide to reunify with a state that clearly doesn't hide their authoritarian tendencies though.

Their Omniscience Uluj'un has signed a law proposed by the Scientific Community Directorate, allowing for everyone to be involved in Alari science facilities regardless if they are citizens of PEACE or not. A controversial move, raising valid security concerns.
