@Hhonor_ 1. You just said Buhari Tenure met 95% of the project requirement, this is because the revenue lived up with the cost of production.During that time the tariff was increased and also if I am not mistaken cost of gas ,exchange rate and many other variables were favourable.

The presidency took the best route out of a disaster,we now need to do our home work by finding solution to the fundamental problems.

@Hhonor_ 2. Also there are claims that electricity was subsidized during Buhari's Tenure, Tinubu recently approved payment of a legacy Power debt of 3.3 trillion naira . Now from these facts what I think really happened is that the cost of production is now high and revenue up for it.
