Then we got this email that our bags were received at ‘their destination’. @WestJet @AHoensbroech that is a lie. The destination is Toronto. I drove 6hours to @yulaeroport to pick it up. And now driving back home for another 6hours.

After 4 days of lacklustre communication from @WestJet to help with locating 6 bags. We drove all the way to Montreal to go locate our bags ourselves. How does a reputable company become so complacent??? @WestJet please we need these bags! @AHoensbroech

After 98hours, 6hours drive to @yulaeroport, we found our bags. @WestJet kept insisting that they don’t have it but after several plea they did a thorough search and alas they had it all along. Bags left unattended by @WestJet!!!

@WestJet @cbcfifth @WestJet promises to keep their customers informed but apparently that is a big lie! @AHoensbroech . No one has made any contact in over 15 hours about the status of my parent’s baggages that was pulled out from WS3539 last night.
