@British_Airways She was clearly told that her baggage will reach Mumbai at 8AM and will be dispatched today and someone will call her today on the number she gave. But neither there was a call, nor she could find anyone. @AAI_Official please help.

@britishairways, @AAI_Official CST Helpdesk is not being able to get in touch with your team. Your support staff failed to provide a 10 DIGIT Baggage Ref. number. My sister is stranded without any clothes and is forced to linger in the unknown. How can I get back my own stuffs?
