@burgerking_es Realicé un pedido en burguer king del aeropuerto de menorca el día 8 de septiembre por valor de 15,60€, por la gran demora tuve que cancelar mi pedido y solicitar un reembolso del mismo.

Solicito que se me devuelva el dinero, en el caso que no ocurra os pondré una denuncia en atención al consumidor. Gracias

Ha día de hoy aun no he recibido dicho reembolso a pesar de haber contactado hasta en 3 ocasiones con atención al cliente.
Tengo el ticket del pedido y de la devolución pero no se me ha reembolsado.
