Ross of @accursedfarms explains how the EU Kids Act is cover for making private servers without age verification illegal, and doing the exact opposite of protecting kids in order to establish a surveillance state. Here's how to fight back:
-Sign and spread the #StopKillingInternet Initiative if you're an EU citizen of voting age (friends and family count too!): https://t.co/UMjwrGCnwK
- Leave a public comment about the EU Kids Act
Be polite and civil. This isn't Twitter or social media, but a direct public comment to the Commission. They're under no obligation to take people seriously if people misbehave or get out of hand. Write like you'll have to give your comment in person to your town hall or local government: https://t.co/yeKN7Ukz6p
- Read up on the EU Kids Act: https://t.co/Nl4TMviyJb
- The leaked proposal of the Kids Act: https://t.co/RQVf0ZylWW
- Contact your Member of European Parliament about your opposition to the Kids Act, and why they should also be opposed to it: https://t.co/qIMI6915Co
- Spread the word and this video far and wide! Let the public know what is happening!
I spent some time working on a save/load system and a base for a speech system. The speech system is loosely inspired by Sentient game.
Oh, also, the video shows the character's focus on interactive items.

@gregsometimes For me, most of gen AI results feel like a filler. If you use it for art or text, it fills the missing gap, but there is almost no value or intention in it.
@Acerola_t For some artists undo is an anti-feature anyway :D
You can enable hardmode in Heavypaint to disable undo. And in Alchemy there is no undo at all.
@gregsometimes I am sadly too employed to make own engine :(
It's a Godot engine with a custom materials and post-processing.
I'll probably will experiment with UI until I have something interesting, dynamic, but still a bit nostalgic :D
New trailer for Selkie's Salvage&Co!
It is a physics-based incremental sandbox game with fishing, mayhem, shooting, throwing, treasure hunting and a cute mouse of course🥴
Made in Godot
Coming October 27th to Steam

For my pfp I went a bit lazy. I just painted over a screenshot from my game. I'm happy with the result. I'll try to bring this vibe to the model when I have time to work on models.

@rpa_dake It's a CompositorEffect in Godot. In short, it uses a noise texture and draws it with offset on a flat "plane" in the sky. Offset is changed every frame, so it creates illusion of movement.
