@flipkartsupport Have you ever used the“Chat with Us” feature,use it then let me know your experience with it. Also,both my orders were marked as cancelled, but I didn’t request this. Please check the reason and ask your delivery partner to share proof if a cancellation was requested from my side

@flipkartsupport I’m not interested in interacting with bots that only send automated, pre-saved replies. It’s a very poor experience, and it will make me reconsider using Flipkart in the future.

@AmazonHelp @amazon I already received a call from your delivery agent, and they mentioned that the order is not in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup — the packages were damaged in transit. If they were aware of the situation, why was it still marked out for delivery?
