@HopperSupport Never using @Hopper again! I’ve never had issues with @Expedia or other apps. I’ve made changes before with Expedia and always got a fair solution. I chose Hopper because the ticket seemed cheaper, but now I’m paying almost 3K for an flight to Tokyo because of this problem

The app let me request a change without confirming payment, yet I was charged $1,500 without approval. Now customer support refuses to cancel it, even though it’s been less than 12 hours. This is unfair and unacceptable, especially for my honeymoon. I need an urgent resolution!
