@__Tasmiya_ I saw 'If'. Rather than make vague interpretations, the simplest answer about what 'If' signifies is the poem by Rudyard Kipling.
And it's a poem about various qualities of an ideal man! So you know how my life would be ๐ Nice game, this was.

@ye_kya_kia @SnehaSukumar1 It is an important philosophical point too. There's no difference betweenaperfectpretenderandtherealdeal. Other day we were talking about existence and that 'tree in forrest' question. If we(and things we interact with never interact with something, then it really doesn't exists.
@ye_kya_kia @SnehaSukumar1 Also, as you said, I don't consider human consciousness/pain different from cat's. So don't fuck with cats...is a great documentry, or so I have heard.
@ye_kya_kia @SnehaSukumar1 I consider consciousness as a feeling just like sadness, happiness etc. If you'll pay attention then you'll notice we aren't conscious all the time we're awake. Many times when doing a repetitive task we lose feelings and are like some robot.
@ye_kya_kia @SnehaSukumar1 Oh, I forgot to mention that this is for outside observer. There is no difference to outside observer whether we 'know' the language.
Then why should using a PERFECT google translate be considered cheating?
I'm just being romantic though. ๐
@ye_kya_kia @SnehaSukumar1 There's nothing special about that, if we consider all practical effects. What's the difference if there is a chip in brain which produces same outputs as brain upon any input?
What if that chip is in phone? No difference, as far as practical effects are concerned.
@SnehaSukumar1 @ye_kya_kia Well thank you too because you were important part in chain of events which led to this tweet and suddenly I noticed this connection. It's interesting and worth exploring, not have collected all my thoughts and typing much sucks too.
@ye_kya_kia @SnehaSukumar1 Now just move from neurons to other cells and then to cancerous cells and then to non living tissues like hairs and then...you get the point. It's interesting. (n/n)
@ye_kya_kia @SnehaSukumar1 Wanna get closer to home? Think about neurons in leg. if we program them send signals to brain upon brain requesting info after recieving a specific input, would that be considered 'knowing' something? (4/n)
