WITHOUT PREJUDICE

1. The AG & his investigator are yet to disclose any document or evidence (inventory confirmation) that the cyber defense system was not delivered.

2. Both the Attorney General & his investigator have not written to ISC Holdings (the Vendor) to ascertain whether or not they delivered the equipment.

3. ⁠EOCO only wrote to NSB to confirm whether or not they have a cyber defence system after they have filed charges against Adu Boahene.
NSB in response to EOCO asked them to add provide better and further particulars because they have several equipments from ISC holdings. EOCO is yet to provide same.

4. Defence counsel Atta Akyea, Esq wrote to ISC holdings requesting for information whether or not the equipment was delivered. Find attached the response from ISC holdings confirming that they indeed delivered the equipment.

If we want to establish whether the equipment was delivered or not, who are the most credible people to ask? The vendor who supplied it and the recipient who was meant to receive it.

In this case, the vendor has stated that the equipment was supplied. If the supplier confirms delivery, that is significant evidence that cannot simply be ignored. The next logical question is whether the intended recipient also acknowledges receiving the equipment. Those are the two primary sources of evidence for determining whether delivery actually took place.

The conclusion by the conveyor belt investigator is absurd.
