Too many options. Too much analysis. Too afraid of picking wrong.
At some point you have to just pick.

I train because everything else in my life can be negotiated, postponed, rescheduled.
The body doesn’t negotiate.
It just responds to what you do.
That’s the most honest relationship I have.
