@AmazonHelp it asks for an email tied to the Amazon account but as I mentioned my mother DOES NOT HAVE AN AMAZON ACCOUNT. Can anybody please help. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to have somebody help when it comes to fraud. This is ridiculous.
@AmazonHelp we submitted a claim and provided the charge ID of the account stealing the information and Amazon STILL said nothing fraudulent is happening. My mother DOES NOT HAVE an Amazon account. Somebody is stealing the card information. Can anybody please reach out to us
@AmazonHelp we have contacted Amazon via phone and chat. Either your policies prevent the issue from being solved or the representatives are unwilling to help
@amazon policies on theft are a joke. My mom’s credit card information was stolen and some fuck is charging their prime membership to her CC. @amazon said your bad, we aren’t going to do shit about it and continue to let the charge happen.
